To protect both our customers and our business:

  • Orders are shipped only after payment has been successfully received and reflected in our system.

  • We are not responsible for delays in payment confirmation caused by banks, M-PESA, payment gateways, or other third-party payment providers.

  • If your payment has been deducted but is not yet reflected on our side, your order will remain pending until confirmation is received.

  • To selected international destinations upon request.

  • Next-business-day delivery to most destinations


4.3 Local Transport & Courier Companies

We also ship through trusted local transport and courier companies, including various matatu parcel services, to provide affordable delivery across Kenya.

Features:

  • Cost-effective shipping option

  • Extensive coverage across the country

  • Delivery typically within 1–2 business days

  • Tracking availability depends on the selected transport or courier company


5. Delivery Time Estimates

Actual delivery times depend on the shipping option selected, destination, and payment confirmation. The estimates below serve as general guidelines.

Typical delivery estimates are:

  • Nairobi: Same day or 1 business day (where applicable).

  • Major towns in Kenya: 1–2 business days.

  • International orders: Delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing.

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery times.


6. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on factors including:

  • Delivery location

  • Parcel weight and dimensions

  • Courier rates

  • Selected delivery method

Shipping costs are displayed during checkout where applicable.


7. Order Tracking

Where available, customers will receive tracking information after their order has been dispatched.

Tracking updates are provided by the respective courier service and may not update immediately.


8. Delivery Delays

Although we strive to deliver orders on time, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Courier operational delays

  • Customs clearance

  • Government restrictions

9. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing:

  • Accurate delivery address

  • Valid phone number

  • Correct email address

  • Any additional delivery instructions required

Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delayed delivery, additional shipping charges, or failed delivery.


10. Failed Deliveries

Delivery may fail if:

  • The customer cannot be reached.

  • The delivery address is incorrect or incomplete.

  • The customer refuses delivery.

  • The parcel is not collected from the designated pickup location within the courier's holding period.

If a parcel is returned to Ktechnics due to failed delivery, additional shipping charges may apply before the order is re-shipped.


11. Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are encouraged to inspect their package immediately upon receipt.

If you notice:

  • Missing items

  • Incorrect products

  • Visible damage to the package

  • Signs of tampering

please notify us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of receiving your order.


12. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us promptly.

We will work with the courier to investigate the matter and determine an appropriate resolution. Resolution times may vary depending on the courier's investigation process.


13. Partial Shipments

In some cases, orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages due to product availability or logistics requirements.

You will not be charged additional shipping fees for shipments split by Ktechnics unless agreed otherwise.


14. Special Order Items

Products specially sourced at a customer's request may require additional processing and shipping time.

Estimated delivery timelines for special orders will be communicated before the order is confirmed.


15. International Orders

For international shipments:

  • Customers are responsible for complying with their country's import regulations.

  • Any customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or similar charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

Ktechnics is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

We shall not be liable for delays or failure to deliver caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Epidemics or pandemics

  • Government restrictions
