The 3S 20A 12.6V BMS (Battery Management System) is designed to protect and manage 3-cell series (3S) lithium-ion battery packs. It is compatible with 3.6V/3.7V lithium cells, including 18650, 26650, and lithium polymer batteries, making it ideal for DIY battery packs, power tools, solar projects, robotics, and portable power systems.

This protection board provides overcharge, over-discharge, overcurrent, and short-circuit protection, helping extend battery life and improve safety. It supports a maximum charging voltage of 12.6V and a continuous discharge current of 20A.

Important Notes

  • Wire the board strictly according to the diagram: 0V → 4.2V → 8.4V → 12.6V. Incorrect wiring may damage the BMS.

  • After connecting the battery pack, charge the pack once to activate the board.

  • Use matched batteries with similar capacity and internal resistance for best performance and safety.

  • Do not mix new and old batteries in the same pack.
