The KY-033 is an infrared (IR) line-tracking sensor module used in robotics. It helps microcontrollers detect transitions between light and dark surfaces.

How It Works
  • White Surface: Reflects IR light. Output goes LOW. Onboard LED turns on.
  • Black Surface: Absorbs IR light. Output goes HIGH. Onboard LED turns off.
  • Calibration: Uses an onboard potentiometer to adjust sensitivity for ambient light.
