The SIM800L V2.0 GSM/GPRS Module takes the headache out of adding mobile network communication to your electronics projects. While standard SIM800L bareboards require strict 3.7V to 4.2V power supplies and external logic shifters to prevent damage, this V2.0 breakout board features onboard voltage regulation and logic-level conversion. This means you can power and interface the module directly using a standard 5V power supply and 5V microcontrollers, like the Arduino Uno, right out of the box.

Operating on quad-band 2G frequencies, this module allows your hardware to send and receive SMS text messages, make voice calls, and upload sensor data to cloud servers via a GPRS internet connection. The kit includes a matching antenna, ensuring you have everything you need to start sending AT commands over a standard UART serial interface immediately.
