- OFF State: Upright or tilted away, the balls roll off the pins, opening the circuit.
- Vibration: Shaking causes the balls to bounce, creating rapid, intermittent ON/OFF signals.
- Voltage/Current: Max 12V–20V DC / 20mA–30mA (signal level only).
- Polarity: Non-polar; pins can be wired interchangeably.
- Housing: Metal body sealed with a protective PVC sleeve.
- Resistor: Requires a pull-up or pull-down resistor to prevent floating signals.
- Debouncing: Needs software debouncing code to filter out erratic signals caused by bouncing balls.
