Safety & Setup
  • Heatsink Required: Proper thermal management is critical. Operation without a correctly sized heatsink and cooling fan on the hot side can lead to hardware failure and heat-related hazards. 
  • Thermal Interface: Apply thermal grease to both sides to ensure efficient heat transfer and prevent overheating. 
  • Wiring: Red is positive and black is negative. Reversing the polarity reverses the direction of heat transfer.
