The TTP226 8-Way Touch Switch is an 8-channel capacitive keypad that replaces traditional mechanical buttons with modern, wear-free touch pads. 
Key Features
  • Voltage: Operates between 2.4V and 5.5V DC.
  • Onboard LEDs: 8 status lights show which pad is active.
  • Outputs: 8 digital pins connect directly to microcontrollers.
  • Through-Material Touch: Triggers through thin glass or plastic. 
Adjustable Modes 
By shorting the onboard hardware jumpers, you can change its behavior: 
  • Momentary Mode: Output is active only while touched.
  • Toggle Mode: Tap once to turn on, tap again to turn off.
  • Active State: Set outputs to default High (VCC) or Low (GND).
  • Multi-Key: Choose to allow multiple simultaneous presses or just one.
