The MECHANIC XG-Z40 10CC Solder Paste is a highly popular, leaded soldering paste widely used for precision electronics repair, surface-mount technology (SMT), and BGA reballing. It consists of microscopic solder balls suspended in a specialized no-clean flux, allowing you to apply both solder and flux simultaneously using a hot air rework station or soldering iron. 
Technical Specifications
  • Alloy Composition: Sn63/Pb37 (63% Tin, 37% Lead).
  • Melting Point: 183°C (361°F), which is the eutectic point for leaded solder, allowing it to melt quickly and uniformly.
  • Particle Size: 25–45 micrometers (µm), classifying it as a Type 3 solder paste.
  • Volume/Weight: 10cc syringe barrel containing approximately 35 grams of paste.
  • Flux Type: IPX3 No-Clean, leaving behind a clear, non-conductive residue that does not strictly require washing.
